The School Sports partnership, which was held at Rickmansworth school, is a collaboration of 48 schools, all working together to raise the standards of school sport and P.E, in the build up to the London 2012 Olympic Games The evening, which was attended by 500 people, including councillors, head teachers and parents, began with a dance both choreographed and performed by pupils from the host school.
Sixteen pupils were nominated Primary Outstanding Achievement with Divine Saviour swimmer, Joe Prior awarded third place, Maple Cross gymnast Amber Harvey second and Emily Russell from Orchard School winning the award recognition for her national Pentathlon ranking of fourth, despite competing against athletes two years older. glion institute of higher education
