However many of these mountain restaurants are expensive and extremely bánh tiramisu bland. But we have found a few very good restaurants in the Val Thorens valley that really deserve a mention. The five restaurants mentioned here are all different but each gives good value in it's own way If you know of any other good mountain restaurants in Val Thorens that deserve a place in our restaurant guide please let us know. This has long been one of our favorite mountain bánh tiramisu restaurants over in Val Thorens. Set high on the piste with wonderful mountain views it serves excellent food. The new restaurant owner and chef have created a fantastic new A la Carte menu.In our opinion this is now one of the very best mountain restaurants not only in Val Thorens but all 3 valleys.
Another of our favourite Val Thorens restaurants. La Chaumiere restaurant has a very small sun terrace but beautiful large interior. Ski over the two bridges in to Val Thorens  centre station then just 30m to your right past the Val Thorens tourist office you will find it.A charming restaurant that is definetly worth a visit.
Take the long relaxing red Boulevard Cumin from Val Thorens  back to Les Menuires. Just before you reach Reberty this lovely little restaurant comes up on your left. This is one of the truly old traditional restaurants and is conveniently on your way back from Val Thorens. More>
