Blogs about everything related to Thailand and Sweden. What is positive and sometimes frustrating when Swedes travel to Thailand and the Thai people when coming to Sweden. Integration and social issues. Plus everything that interests me, such as angling, literature and cuisine. The blog is not updated daily, but I try to write as often as I can.
Something I have long intended to do but have not gotten rid of is to do a cooking course in Thailand and learn to cook some real Thai food. So just for the fun of it and to impress some buddies on here at home, not professionally in any way. Now someone might think he has a thaifru, she may well teach him to cook? Sure, she has taught me a lot but it is not quite the same I think. It would be fun to do something yourself. My wife is really good at cooking, that's how we met. She worked at a restaurant in Jomthien and I used to go there every day for the good food alone. Then I had another reason to get there. Now I've found this link - to Happy Home Thai Cooking School which I think looks very promising. At this link you can read ratings and reviews of some farangs who have tried and they have nothing lam banh bao but positive things to say. Prices range from 1,000 baht if you just want to be with a day to 800 per day if you are having several days. I've also found this link to a different school, Pattaya Cooking School, but the more I upfattar as a training and it's pretty cool prizes. Dec 2013: Right now missing a lot of pictures and photographs on the blog after a technical chef co


Today pulled FINALLY semester started at school. Nice to get into the daily routine again. I now say, for now, are both the constant pack of gym clothes and anything else that will be sent crisscross. Maximilians badminton training draws also started chef cookbooks and the time on Saturday is obviously the same as when William should have soccer practice. At the same time of course our "Tough Viking-training" at the time on Saturdays. A constantly chef cookbooks crafting to get it all together. Today had to be one träningsfri day. Trying to add more rest in the schedule, chef cookbooks but has terribly hard to tear myself away from the gym. To walk and run 60 min conditioning, I think, rest, haha. But I will try to put a day's rest after four to five days of training. Last time, it has sometimes gone two weeks without a träningsfri day, which is also not optimal. Tomorrow it will be at least 60 minutes strength training and spinning.
Today was again a coffee school. It goes a long time between sessions, so it's always fun to practice chef cookbooks up. Had 11 persons who frothed milk and made latte for dear life. Tomorrow is just to soak while in everything else that is.

Grandiose plans for the Historical Museum can read about in today's DN. A new Viking museum to be built in the open area in front of the museum's current input. Really cold out there today, is not it a little småmysigt with cold, sun and some glittering snow. But it's not as cozy when you are as frozen as I am: P Anyway, I just came home from school, has been a very effective day at school today, got a lot done and have done a test it went well . So now there arises a "what the hell I'm good feeling inside" This evening I thought I spend at home, a little plug, a little cooking and a little Vampire Diaries. To increase the cozy factor (and the heat) maybe I light up a bonfire :) So do you want me something so I find myself on the couch with a fat blanket. I am the host for all plug and job! At first I thought to make a collage with my so-called "jump photos". Those of you who read my blog know that I have a little tradition when I am abroad. Or at different beaches, to make images jump. And the last one and a half years it has become one of hope pictures when I traveled a lot. This picture was taken in Greece - Rhodes. 1,5 years ago. Jump Photo from Fiji 10 months ago.
